The two states Punjab and Haryana has major contribution in making green revolution a big success. But the thing that starts has to come to an end someday. Is the condition of agriculture the same till now? The figures show farmers leaving farming and also fragmented holdings of the farmers. Will the states prosper if this situation prevails? There were many negative impacts of the revolution which is left unaddressed.
